Formerly, Lecturer in Digital Analytics & Big Data at IE University (Madrid). Formerly, as Partner and VP Innovation at OpenKnowledge (Milan), Cosimo supported leading organizations to envision and enable the digital business transformation. Having worked at international research and data firms, Cosimo has +15 years experience in using digital analytics and intelligence for business value creation. Previously, he was Commercial Director at Memis (Confirmit and Kantar network), Business Development Director at Jupiter MediaMetrix Italy (now Comscore Networks) and Service Account at Agb Italy (now Nielsen TAM). Cosimo has published 4 books and several business articles. Author: “Il Mondo Dato” (Egea, 2017). Coauthor of “Social Mobile Marketing. L’innovazione dell’ubiquitous marketing con device mobili, social media e realtà aumentata” (Egea, 2014, 2nd edition with Andreina Mandelli): marketing, analytics and management in the ubiquitous social media era. Coauthor of the “Social Business Toolkit” (edited by Harvard Business Review Italy, 2013): the industry reference toolkit for social business transformation.  Coauthor of “Marca e Metriche nei Social Media” (USI, 2010 with Andreina Mandelli): frameworks and practices of social media measurement for marketing strategies. Author of “Misurare le audience in internet. Teorie, tecniche e metriche” (Franco Angeli, 2007): a complete overview of digital analytics theories, methodologies and metrics.

Cosimo collaborates, as industry analyst, to “Digital Markets” project, IMCA Institute of Marketing and Communication Management, University of the Italian Switzerland (Lugano).
